Exhibitors are an integral part of the attendee experience at the International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health. Exhibits should be relevant to clinical, academic, research, or policy activities in integrative medicine. Examples of potential exhibitors may include educational institutions, foundations, professional societies, non-profit organizations, publishers, and companies with products or services that have integrative medicine applications for clinicians, academics, researchers, and policy-makers. Exhibit tables will be centrally located among the Congress activities, ensuring high visibility during scheduled program breaks. 

 

To ensure a rewarding experience for both exhibitors and attendees, the International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health plans to offer approximately fifteen (15) exhibitor tables for this year’s Congress. We encourage you to apply early to reserve your spot.

 

Exhibitor Pricing 

For-Profit Organizations: $3,000

Non-Profit Organizations: $2,500​

 

Each Exhibit Table Includes:
  • One 6’ skirted table with two side chairs
  • Listing in all exhibit acknowledgment areas of the website and onsite materials
  • One (1) complimentary Exhibit Representative registration. Exhibit Representative registration includes access to the exhibit area and all Congress meal functions held during exhibit hours. Additional Exhibit Representative registrations can be purchased for $250 each
  • Organization listed with description (50-word count) listed in digital Congress materials


Exhibits are limited to the space assigned; displays must be contained to the width of the assigned space and not create sightline issues for other exhibitors. Exhibitors are not permitted to change their booth assignment upon arrival at the Westin Seattle.

Exhibitors are required to staff their booths during the exhibit hours but are also welcome to be stationed at their booth throughout the International Congress.

 

*Please Note: Exhibit and/or sponsor applications received after February 1, 2025 may not appear on printed Congress materials. Paid booths are subject to a 20% non-refundable administrative fee upon cancellation.

 

**If you receive an email to purchase the International Congress attendee list, it is not a legitimate offer and should not be purchased. The International Congress attendee list is not for sale.

 

Exhibit Schedule

Exhibitors are welcome to staff their booth at any time during the International Congress. However, we anticipate the highest traffic within the following windows of time below. Morning times include refreshment hours, plenary sessions, and breaks, while afternoon hours include breaks, plenary sessions, and poster hall hours.

Additional Exhibitor Information

An application must be made to be considered for an exhibit table at the International Congress. Exhibits are limited, and all spaces will be assigned to exhibitors ahead of the International Congress. All applications are subject to approval, and any organization that does not meet the requirements will not be permitted to exhibit. Please see the published criteria before applying.
 
To increase exposure to exhibits, exhibit tables will be placed in a central area in close proximity to the poster and meal hall, and to the plenary room. We anticipate high traffic in these areas during exhibit hours and other programming times and recommend that booths are staffed accordingly.
