Discount is available on full, paid Congress registrations only. Discount is not available on one-day registrations. - Valet parking is available for a daily fee (currently $68 per day plus tax). Due to limited parking in the area, we suggest using public transportation or ride-sharing services.
- Reservation Guarantee: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations without a confirmed payment are subject to automatic cancellation by the hotel.
Cancellation Policy Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before the day of arrival in order to avoid a one night's room/tax penalty charge. International Congress and Members Meeting participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodations reservations.
